Sir Issac Newton’s universal laws of motion hold true today: an object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
But there’s a deeper message for us in that statement:
If you want to keep living, you have to keep moving!

Regular exercise can help manage health conditions, great and small, including type 2 diabetes, obesity, arthritis, strokes, constipation, urinary incontinence, and falls. It also can help improve mental health, reduce anxiety, increase productivity, strengthen the immune system, and boost self-esteem.
Growing older isn’t a reason to move less. It’s a reason to move more intentionally!
