At Body Moves, our Promise, Mission and Core Values
embrace a lifestyle approach to movement and life-long learning.
That’s why we’re looking forward to learning from emeritus UI Professor Kathleen Janz as she shares fascinating, myth dispelling evidence regarding physical active and how it affects healthy bones. Kathleen work and research as an epidemiologist in the Department of Health and Human Physiology and the Department of Epidemiology focused on the effect of physical activity and physical fitness on health outcomes. Benefit from Janz’s research as she shares her insights in her presentation, which will include both a Q&A time and active student participation in movement.
