Happy Labor Day Weekend!   We are open Sunday for Body Sculpt at 8:00 a.m. and Yin Yoga at 9 a.m. There will be no classes or workouts on Monday, Labor Day. Classes resume again Tuesday beginning with Nia at 7:00 a.m. and Small Group Personal Training at 7:30 a.m.
