Sunshine! It’s something we take for grated during the summer (and sometimes even complain about). Ironically, as the sun falls lower in the sky and becomes less intense, bringing cooler and shorter days, sunshine grows more precious and lovely.
Today’s activity is to:
Claim a ray of sunshine.
Like sunshine in the summer, saturation and abundance of anything causes it to become common; but after a few bleak days, we find our bodies and our souls longing for a little extra Vitamin D.
When you cannot find the sunshine, it helps to remind yourself of it, to make your own sunshine!

So let’s plan for those bleak winter days right now.
We’ve made a simple GRATITUDE WORKSHEET with a sun and its rays. Click HERE to access it. Print a copy and fill in each ray with a reason you are thankful. Last, and most importantly, display the paper on your refrigerator as a reminder of the sunshine in your life!
