Happy 2022! A new year has begun!!
As 2022 begins, so do a few changes to our class schedule.
The changes are principally with Nia in our desire to maximize student participation. Please note each day’s time as there are small and larger changes. Zumba has changed from Thursday to Monday. Pilates has been removed from our schedule until summer when we are planning a special summer series.
In the meantime, there is plenty of movement to be had with our current class offerings.

Did you INTEND to attend our New Year’s Day Class Sampler on Saturday?
If in 2020, a person resolved to go the gym 3x’s a week, they inevitable failed to attain their goal. During the lockdown, nobody went to the gym. Now consider if a person intended to exercise 3x’s a week instead; that possibility was viable in spite of the lockdown.
Intentions are constructed differently than goals in that
they reflect purpose rather than a specific result.
Holly and Kari will present a multi-part workshop this month on intentions on January 8, 15, and 22 during which they will break down the differences between intentions and goals and demonstrate why both are better than traditional resolutions. In turn, participants will consider the significance of setting intentions on a both a large and small scale, and examine the power of words and the implication of the words we use choose to use. Overall, the class will consider ways to build accountability into our lives for long-term success, engaging in class discussions and reflective activities.
The first of the three workshops will be this coming
Saturday, January 8, from 11:00AM-12:00PM.
Tuition is $25 for single sessions or $60 for all three.
