Introduction to T’ai Chi 6-week series begins September 18th! Sessions will be held each Thursday at 5:30 pm.
Known as meditation in motion, T’ai Chi improves physical health, calms the mind, and lifts the spirit. This ancient marital art uses slow, flowing movement and postures that increase balance, strength, focus, energy, and grounding. Health benefits include reduced pain and stiffness, improved immune system, enhanced sleep and stress reduction. T’ai Chi is not just exercise, it is a way to move through life!
This 6 week course that will introduce basic principles and give a taste of the benefits T’ai Chi offers. Each class is 60 minutes in length. There is no special equipment needed to experience T’ai Chi. Dress in loose clothing, bare/socked feet or flat shoes. Click HERE to register! $90 for 6 Weeks
