Beginners are welcome; no experience is necessary to indulge in our New Year’s Day event featuring a combination of yoga and qigong. Explore the self-healing power of qigong with Sue Campney, followed by a gentle yoga sequence focusing on intention lead by John Jadryev. Create a sense of calm and grounding, and revitalize your body’s energy and internal systems. Throughout this practice you will be encouraged to reflect and create intention for the year to come.
This New Years Day special event is considered a regular”class” for students with current Body Moves contracts, as well as Tai Chi and Yoga with a Chair students.
