After a pandemic break, Pilates is back at Body Moves!
We are excited that the same certified, energetic, and entertaining instructors
who led you before will be teaching the class.

Pilates classes will resume THIS SATURDAY, January 20, with Kathryn.
Mat Pilates class will start at 9:00AM.
Body Moves offers a variety of movement classes, all geared toward health, joy, and community. Pilates is a low-impact, effective workout of controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability. It offers a variety of benefits such as:

Pilates is a fitness class that is readily accessible to a wide range of people, including those with a limited range of motion and or muscle imbalances. Modifications can enable those with arthritis or other chroic diseases to still enjoy a gratifying full-body workout. It can also be аn ideal regimen for injurу rеhаbilitаtiоn.
Mat Pilates is one of our Active Living (group fitness) class offerings. If you are an Active Living student or small group training student, then this class is one of your program options.
