Like Barefoot Strong, t’ai chi is a form that works in rooted strength from the ground up with the movement revealing imbalances that, over time, can be stabilized and eliminated. Called “meditation in motion,” t’ai chi involves the mind and body, using meditative breaths along with the movement to provide focus.
