We know it’s true.
We feel it.
Your environment influences behavior. Decluttering and simplifying your space lets your mind and body rest. It creates a sense of calm, helping you focus and reducing decision fatigue. It frees you up for what truly matters.
But where to begin? Or maybe you have begun once…twice…numerous times, and it didn’t end well. Maybe your frozen in overwhelm or unmotivated in the process.
In our “Clear Space, Calm Mind,” we will not give you “Ten Easy Steps to a Decluttered Home,” nor will we insist that a certain routine or method will resolve everything. This module is not a call to minimalism.
It is an opportunity to bring outer order to your life in order to produce inner calm that will benefit your emotional attitude, your physical health, your intellectual vigor, and possibly your social life.
You will receive personalized feedback to help you evaluate where you are, the circumstances and habits that carried you here, and how you can move forward to where you want to go. You will find a supportive environment and sounding board within an encouraging community.
Attainable, daily assignments will help you build success throughout the week and help you continue your progress (at whatever speed you choose) even after the module ends.
Classes will be held virtually through Zoom. Attendees are encouraged to be present, but when there is a scheduling conflict, video playback will be available.
