Fitness Can Help You Tackle Your Bucket List
For nearly a year now, Body Moves’ owner Beth Pelton has kept in touch with students through a weekly Touch Point video. The videos contain pertinent information on physical and mental health, boosting the immune system, and all the various dimensions of wellness.
Most of the Touch Point videos are available only to our current members; however, we occassionally make them available to the public in an effort to encourage a larger group toward improving and maintaining their health and vitality. We think this video does just that.
