Try T’ai Chi!
Now is the time to try T’ai Chi! We start a short Introduction to T’ai Chi course this Thursday, June 23 with instructor Sue Campney. The course meets Thursdays from June 23 through July 21 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. The class size is limited to 5 people and we have a few openings right now, so call today at 337-4777 or register online. Tuition for the 5-week session is only $80.
Known as meditation in motion, T’ai Chi improves physical health, calms the mind, and lifts the spirit. This ancient martial art uses slow, flowing movement and postures that increase balance, strength, focus, energy, and grounding. Base on simple but challenging principles of movement, T’ai Chi is not just exercise, it is a way to move through life!
There is no special equipment needed to experience T’ai Chi. All that is required is loose clothing, bare/socked feet or flat shoes.
